I think I should fold the river. Its looks so much like a trap.

tough hand there. Hard to put him on that. Your gut instinct was right and to fold. Easy to do that write up after the fact though. Tighten up son !

hard to fold here he can have like A high some you but i think he sould go all in first place

It's weird he isn't shoving for 8bb. Could be a tell. In most cases I would push pre-flop already and than the result would be the same.
