anybody calling? In game i almost snap folded but now when i think abt it i dont really know whether that was a good decision. The problem is that i really struggle to put him on any kind of range..
Some numbers for a better feel of the situation - we're getting 37% odds, we need 39% (ICM Explorer).
- can we really assume unknowns heard abt a stop'n'go??? if yes than its a snap call
- if the answer is no than what kind of range would you put him on? he seems to have a 3bet range so i would discard all the decent Ax (A8+) and all the decent pairs (77+) and assume he calls pre with broadways, low pockets and some suited connectors. Now what is his donk shoving flop range gonna be? I think he will do it with all 7x, all Jx (except KJ), KT-, straight draws and flush draws. Against that range we have 53% equity, so it looks like a super easy call. However i'm not really convinced abt it since, as ive said, i have no idea what he's range gonna be tbh. The bright side is that even when i gave him a 0% 3betting range and included all monsters in his flop shoving range i'm still getting 44% equity, so maybe it is a very easy call regardless of his range in fact
