Blinds 50/100, starting stacks 2500
I am SB with ~1500, doing quite bad
BB ~4000, I know this player quite well, very unpredictable guy, sometimes can be quite tight, sometimes can play like maniac.
I am AQs on SB
5 limpers in front of me, I raise 600, BB raises to 2000, limpers fold, I .. ?
BB 3bet range could be quite wide - medium pockets, AJ+. Is this easy call?

this is a pretty easy preflop shove imo. You only have 15 BB and there are 5 limpers, so your raise should be something like 900 -1000, therefore you can push directly. As played you have a very easy call.

I agree entirely with this. Just would like to add that I would do this with a WIDE range because of the nice dead money yet also great fold equity we have. A2s is definitely good enough for me here, as well as up to A8o, K9s+, etc etc.
