Not sure if he's always makes it 3x pre-flop, but without any fold equity a fold is most likely better or you think his range is wider than Icmizer suggests and I doubt that.

With 33 I can not judge you, 7bb it's becoming too short in relation of all opponents.

Yeah anyway he could have a better madehand, and was a flip anyway , you could raise/steal later anyway

I believe that you should not be using the ICM feature when it is still 6handed.

If not the bubble or close to it, I always use cEV.

If you change it to cEV you will see that it is too much of a EV to fold it, IMO.

I think it's still good to use a ICM tool, because the stacks are shallow and even 6 handed with 3 players paid the ICM has a decent factor.
