Was my shove over the top of the SB at these stack depths the right move? In HU Hypers (which I've just moved from playing) I'd have made the shove over the top every time. He had been calling off with weak hands: A2+, 22+, Any face cards and most Kx hands.

You've got 2 options: Shove directly or make a substancial raise (i'd make it 450) hoping to call a 4-bet or shove pretty much any flop if called

PS: slightly prefer a raise unless he's a really bad player

Hello all,

With effective stack about only ~17 BB I prefer shoving. We are going to have a tough situation post flop if we don't hit ace or a queen. With 22BB+ I would make a small 3-bet for value, but with this stack shove is better IMO.

Best regards,
Antoan
