Pre Flop: (t0) Hero is MP1 with A  K :diamond:
3 folds, Hero raises to t70, 2 folds, BTN raises to t150, 1 fold, BB calls t150, Hero calls t80

Flop: (t450) 3 :spade: A :club: 3 :diamond: (3 players)
BB checks, Hero checks, BTN bets t450, BB folds, Hero calls t450

Turn: (t1350) Q  (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: (t1350) 5 :club: (2 players)
Hero bets t420,

So it was advised to me not to flat a 3bet OOP. However, I've been encountering this min3bets versus fishes and to my conclusion it's like 80-90% just weak range and the rest of the range would include monsters etc. Thus, is this ok then to flat pre or do I need to 4bet/call ? This is even more frustrating when being min3bet us in UTG versus a EP or MP fish.. :O

This guy is obviously a fish, but he seems on the tight side with his PFR. I will flat his small raise. A ton of value once he makes it so easy for us to flat. If he would be 69/30-snap 4bet/call.
