Have just been reviewing some SNGs this is my usual limit, i have recently bought SNG Wizard and am using it in conjunction with HM2, basically when i send the hand to SNG Wiz it says its ok to push here, but when i send it to nash calculator it says only shove 32% of hands which obviously does'nt include 85o! In this hand the big Blind was extremely tight and the Small blind was on the looser side, i adjusted the opponents models in SNG wiz. Sorry if this is fairly basic stuff but i am new to SNG wiz and this didnt seem like an obvious shove to me!

Hello sdsbates,

You should change the "edge". Also the calling ranges on SB and BB and you will see that Nash and SNG wiz ranges are almost the same.
I would fold here. No need to push such a weak hand for 12BBs.

Guys if you have any questions, do not hesitate to write in this thread by clicking the button or

Thanks for the reply, i have had a good look in HM2 and have had no joy finding anywhere to adjust edge, its quite annoying because the results SNG wiz is producing seem to be very different from nash.

It's not in HM2, but in SNG wiz you need to adjust the edge :)

Hi,

I want to ask you when you have questions about the hand to use on of this two buttons:
or
or we may miss your question and response slower than usual.

And about the hand:

As mugge88 said we need to adjust the edje in the SNG Wizz. It is an important option about it. Often depend on the situation there could be a big edge that is going to change the hand ranges drastically.
