The opp rarely hits the flop but could have a pocket pair and some equity for an unmade hand. Due to the ICM pressure I guess we have to fold here.
What range is he limping? Does he always limp or rarely? I know we have a lot of ICM pressure here, but depending on his limp range I believe shove pre is the best option.
As far as I remember, I accidentally checked here (was multitabling and timed out). He limps about 35% of marginal hands.

This is indeed a clear shove pre-flop and on a pretty dry board like this is shoving on the flop also a good option. Now he leads is indeed difficult to set him on a hand, but with the shorter stack still I would make a tight fold.
