It’s interesting to know what your own plan was on the flop, but the flop is pretty dry and you have a backdoor flush draw. This is a typical spot that you are slight in front or far behind. I don’t think you can value raise here against so many players. So I would call and her-evaluate the turn. No need to blow up the pot yet.

I actually thought that a stronger J could be in play and was not sure we could continue.

I would iso-raise pre. OTF I would just call because it is wa/wb and the flop is dry.

Iso raise is also a good option indeed pre-flop. Especially in position against 2 fishy players.

I would call flop and evaluate on the turn. Good chances that you are ahead. Also you arein position and have a backdoor flush draw. No need to worry about a bigger jack (yet).
No need to raise OTF also.
I would not iso raise pre, but it is definately a possibility. Since there are no antes in this structure, I like to play a very conservative strategy on these blind levels and save for the push/fold stages.
