Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, 6.5 Tournament, 50/100 Blinds (5 handed) - Full Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

MP (t2640)
Button (t3585)
SB (t2020)
BB (t3950)
Hero (UTG) (t1305)

Hero's M: 8.70

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A, K
Hero bets t1305 (All-In), 3 folds, BB calls t1205

Flop: (t2660) 10, Q, 4 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: (t2660) 7 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t2660) 8 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: t2660

I was thinking between raising 2,5 - 3 BB or to go allin, but wanted to avoid later trouble and 3bets, so i decided to shove. You think i should have made a smaller raise?

Shoving seems best with AK could maybe standard raise AA-QQ in this spot.

AKs is a value hand. you shouldn't be worried about 3bets because you WANT to get 3bet by worse. id raise to 2.5x and call a shove.

shoving is fine, its +EV but you are a losing some value in the long run
