It was getting close to the bubble and I wanted to place. Was it a right move to call the all-in? I put the UTG on like AK, AQ, AJ, or KQ, so I figured it would be a coinflip -- lucky for me, it wasn't.

Full Tilt (5 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

UTG (1,545)

JR2249 (4,535)
bpstrong58 (1,340)
ark0214 (3,330)
Hero (2,750)

Preflop: Hero is BB with J, J. SB posts a blind of 200.
UTG raises 1,545 (All-In), 3 folds, Hero calls 1,145.

Flop: T, 7, 6 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: 2 (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: 5 (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: 3,290

Results in white below:
UTG has 8s Ts (one pair, tens).
Hero has Js Jc (one pair, jacks).
Outcome: Hero wins 3,290.

instant. there aren't many cases where you are folding jacks with your stack, and this is definitely not one of those cases. i call with ~44+ here.

how do u call with 44+ ?? in that spot more then 10BB why would u want to gamble now...? Just curious cuz i would fold more often something like 44-77...
(JJ call is a no brainer though) nh

pot odds, a loss only puts you in danger, but you still can win whereas a win allows you to bully the table. also, he is pushing wide in that spot.

here are the relevant nash ranges:

UTG-PUSH: 21.6%, 22+ A2s+ A9o+ K7s+ KJo+ Q8s+ QJo J8s+ T8s+ 98s
BB-CALL: 27.3%, 22+ Ax+ K6s+ KTo+ Q9s+ QJo JTs

but i don't call so wide, because i don't feel he's pushing this wide, maybe his range is about 18% instead (although from the results, he is indeed pushing the nash 21.6% range).
