yes you have to cbet here as well. and once again you have to fold to the shove.

You don't have to C-bet even that much. 80-100 is enough, he will probably fold all non-A hands anyways. If he calls, you just check-fold turn and river.

imo at low limits you are begging to be bluff raised if you cbet under 1/2 pot

I agree entirely with this. I'm fine with betting 120 here. But less than that and I would tend to agree with lessthanthree. Plus the psychological implications are that you're no longer certain that you should be folding to the c/r because you think "man did I just induce a raise?" Here you can be sure for an extra 30 chips .
