Personally, with no reads on my opponent I would have folded too based on the continuous aggression from the villain. However, if you have seen him limping with mediocre hands like q-9s or k10o then I would have called down to the river (my opinion).

In addition, a fold here is definitely fine because the blinds are still relatively small to your chip stack so you still have room to make plays or catch hands.

And now the analysis:

Preflop:

OK.

Flop:

I would also call one street and evaluate on the turn. Villain can be leading here with some draw, queen or pure bluffs. After MP min raises I would just fold here. His min raise is just too strong. We can be drawing dead here. Even with this odds just fold.
If you think you got good post flop play than we can call and evaluate on the turn. AQ, QQ and AA are unlikely to be in villains range so he should have, A5, 55 or some draw. If we hit 6 on the turn I would go broke. 66 becoming less likely and we are in front of A5. If we hit an A I prefer to play careful and try go get to a cheap show down because ace don't change that much situation. Of course it became more unlikely for villain to get an ace, but it is still possible.

Turn:

As played, I would call here. We getting too good odds and villain bet is strange. He is miking us with very strong hand or he is betting small some draws. I would call this small bet and evaluate on the river.
