IPoker Network No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t/t Blinds - 5 players - View hand 2440343

BTN: t1475 1 BBs - VPIP: 19, PFR: 14, 3B: 0, AF: 0.0, Hands: 43
Hero (SB): t4349 1 BBs - VPIP: 19, PFR: 16, 3B: 6, AF: 3.0, Hands: 4760
BB: t1915 1 BBs - VPIP: 14, PFR: 13, 3B: 15, AF: 9.0, Hands: 184
UTG: t2236 1 BBs - VPIP: 23, PFR: 9, 3B: 8, AF: 1.6, Hands: 105
CO: t3525 1 BBs - VPIP: 14, PFR: 11, 3B: 6, AF: 9.5, Hands: 382

Pre Flop: (t0) Hero is SB with K :diamond: 2 :diamond:
3 folds, Hero raises to t375, BB raises to t1765, 1 fold

Difficul here. Villain have 15% 3 bet and 38% resteal so I can expect a 3 bet here with my play, so a bet - fold here is a bad play.
In push or fold, I go for a push with villain call in 15% and a fold for a 20% call. Any help? Think best play is fold, but not sure.

Hello aboesing ,

Against this player I prefer to push directly. If he was more passive, than we can raise/fold. We can also try to limp/stab him but more often I would just jam.

Guys if you have any questions, do not hesitate to write in this thread by clicking the button or

Best regards,
Antoan

There are the same obstacles to minraising here as with the A2o hand from the other thread, plus we're OOP (where we generally want to make bets rarer but bigger). There's a king that secures a good equity vs a loose player's range of calling a shove, a terrible kicker that forms merely a bottom pair (very seldom - trips) if it matches the board, plus the fact that the hand is suited contributes significantly to the all-in equity (any suited king can normally be shoved BvB even 20 bb deep - it's a push hand in the HU Nash chart, and here it's even better because of the slight ICM effect and you covering the opponent and threatening to bust him).
