Is it the final table? If yes I call co's he'll open a wide range in order to keep his stack at a good level and as you were with big stack won't hurt you a lot.

This can’t be the final table, because then there should be 67,5k chips at the table and the blinds aren’t high enough ether. I expect this will be the last 3 tables with 19 or 20 players in.

KQo is for me a standard open and against a re-shove of an 9bb stack I couldn’t find a fold with already more then 25% of his stack invested in the pot.
