Raise the flop here, right? I didn't raise flop because I busted out of a live tournament last week on a very similar hand. Villain flopped a straight in that case. Best way to play this hand?

Raise flop and call a shove. As played, even though not many hands in his range hit apart from 10x and 6x the turn check is good for pot control as you don't want to be bluffed off your hand by a check/raise. When he checks the river he almost never has the straight so you should try betting smallish for some value, 2k or so.

+1, but preflop it's a mandatory raise.

Preflop should be raised. Don't give opponents the opportunity to see cheap flops that may end up costing u a lot of chips. Also picking up almost 3BB in this spot is a very good result. Being aggressive preflop vs. passive players is best, don't get sucked into their passivness.
OTF: I prefer to call compared to raising. Villain may be betting all of his range here, not only hands that have us beat. There's also only 2 cards that might make things difficult for us so there is no reason to scare away MPs weaker range.
OTT: After he checks, I'd put in a smallish bet of 1400-1800 and hope he calls. It's possible MP will misinterpret our intentions and put us on a draw or that he would be willing to call us because he will think he has showdown equity vs. us. If he calls we also get great reverse pot odds because he should have 1 potsized bet left on the river. This shouldn't be a reason to bet big on the turn.
OTR: As played checking is really weak. Don't be results oriented and bet ur strong made hands. Just because the board is scarry that doesn't mean villain has us beat. U should bet at least 1500 and consider folding vs. c/rai. MP will often look to play c/c in this spot because u have under-represented ur hand.
