The best move preflop is just to fold. With 20bbs we want to be opening really tight - mostly hands that we are planning to go broke with. Opening a bit wider if the table is tight is fine. But in a 1r and from your position I am always folding JT.

As played I would probably raise flop to 600 and shove any turn he checks to me.

On turn I am again a fan of raising to 5/600ish and shoving any river he checks to me on.

I think the biggest issue is no info post flop. We raise pre-flop and just flat call a min bet on flop, essentially saying that we missed.
After that any raises by us are kinda discredited, since we can only represent a queen. Like ampd said - the best course on flop would be to raise and see where we are.
If there is a call on flop and bet on turn, I would just give up - we are potentially drawing dead or are far behind, as we might have to discount our outs.

Postflop depends on the format of the rebuy. It is titled "sat" which I assume means sattelite. If this is a $1r 3x turbo satty, people will go broke with any pair, any draw, and often any 2 overcards, in which case you would be raising a draw with no fold equity, which is never a good idea.

That being said, fold pre is the most important thing to take away from this hand.
