We both have around 30bb but i was not accepted the payment for 4 place so i just call is it misstake? 4 place was 340 and third 430 .. when i shove and he call i win i am chiopeader , he was prety tight 16/12

As 2nd chips you need to be careful against the chip leader, but without knowing the complete paid out structure you played it well I think.
