he can shove pretty wide here and you have a good stack so I think I call here

I think this depends on the dynamic of the table and how often people are shoving. You can get to very shallow stacks and people are still playing wayyy too tight.

That said, people sometimes shove looser UTG with very short stacks as they don't want the blinds to hit them. Your hand and stack has what he should be shoving (regardless of whether he is scared of BB hitting him) beat, so it's a call.
