[Closed] $4 180 hande MTT: small pocket pair with trips on flop

flop: huh , I don't know, betting can't be too bad since you have a fullhouse and can protect your hand against overcards. And i think someone with ace high could call you once.
turn: not a great card , but i think I go for check call and keep the pot small
river: what worse hand calls? 22, 33, 44? no way to push here , and I wouldn't even bet here.

When I looked at it in replayer I was asking my self what I was thinking about? That's the multitabling...

I check/fold it all the way. Way to marginal spot to get my chips in.

the problem is, betting on the flop is a good play against one player, with continued bets on the turn.
but against two players one of them is going to call you no matter what.
and you dont know where you stand, your pair is really low.

against one player, betting the flop and even the turn is good.
against two opponents it becomes a bad play

Against 3 opponents they could already have you beat...

So yeah I agree above posts that check/fold is the best line...

Like mentioned above they might even have a stronger pocket pair than you have on this board.

I'm not too good with numbers but I'm thinking around 70% of cards that can hit the turn are cards higher than 5... and those 70% cards are all scare cards for you... leaving you with a tough decision on 70% of turn cards.... that's a spot I simply wanna stay away from

when he floats you on the flop and calls you on the turn... you pretty much know by now he has you beat right?

River is just stupid... pot is 480... and you put 1200 steal raise there... Not that I gotta explain the math... but thats like stupid and -ev

so in conclusion if it was just a HU pot I would lead out on that flop but with 3 or as in this situation 4 opponents... I'm simply check/folding every street... unless turn is 2 and river is 4 I might value bet that river

I agree with this. We can stab at the turn if flop checks around, but as played, just check/fold after the flop.
