I had a spot which is basically the same as this one today, would love some clarification.

Also to complement the hand in question: I watched MTT coaching vids in the forum (and MTSNG) and it was said in some video that setmining is worth it in case you hit and can get paid off 20x the amount of you pay (in optimal case; in game 16-18x).

Is it true in this case when you have 20ish BBs from the big blind? Or it is just more worth it to generate FE if possible (in this case vs 4% I expect it to be hardly the case, unless his utg opening range is as unbalanced as mine :f_biggrin: )

Hi all,

I'd be peeling with 22 and A2s and probably 76s here. It's a dry side pot once we call, and we're going to be able to see the river pretty often even if we're literally c/f every flop we don't hit really hard on.

EDIT: against a wider range we're shoving 77 here, and we can probably peel almost any two cards given the odds we're getting.
