You should raise at least 2.5 on the SB, it depends on the stage of the tourney. We make such a raise to compensate the fact that we are out of position.

The cbet on the flop is fine, but I think I'd make is something like 550.

A lot of players are going to float your cbet. I think we should be ready to fire another bullet on the turn and then give up if we get any action behind.

^I think that's very marginal, given our stack size. I think it's just unnecessarily burning chips to go on bluffs like that here in a $0.25 tournament. Unless I hit a straight, two pair or trips, I would simply give up on the turn and hope to get to a cheap showdown or something.

Personally I'd probably indeed raise a little bigger pre, but post flop looks pretty good to me. You could probably get away with cbetting a little smaller even, but cbetting small here is definitely good

2.2-2.5x pre, postflop is good imo.

I think minraise can be fine against a lot of opponents, 2.5bb is fine too!
I'm not sure I give the turn up... there are not many 4x and 5x hands in his range!

I'm sure he floats a lot here!
