16 players left, UTG had 31% opening 1st from UTG range, so is it a shove like i did, and if yea, what hands should i be shoving here as well, im pretty uncertain about ranges, about mtts altogether..??

if he is opening 30% u can shove wide range profitable here smth like all face cards some suited conectors PP Ax imo

should be ok.
depends also on the game flow, if mostly players have folded his open raises, he would likely open there quite wide and you have very big fold equity (he would likely b/c 88+ (66), AQ+ (AJ)
