Obvious snap-call?

Raise preflop to t140-t160.

Bet bigger on the flop. I think fold on the turn is fine if you think the opponent isn't capable overplaying Jx or OESD.

I would probably call here without more information. Even against a strong raise vs mutiple players you have a good hand on a board that have few draws and what he is saying with this raise is that he wants to put all his cheaps on the pot so the best option here is to call to give a chance to bluff on the turn if its that the case. Even assuming that he calls only with 10% of the range your equity against this range is around 75%.

Clearly has no idea how ranges work.

He has indeed to often sets in his range, but depends also a lot against the player we are dealing with. Off course in a $1,10 it’s likely he’s overplaying hands.
