Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em Tournament, 50/100 Blinds (9 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

CO (t5530)
Button (t6035)
SB (t2635)
Hero (BB) (t5850)
UTG (t5960)
UTG+1 (t5800)
MP1 (t9455)
MP2 (t2490)
MP3 (t3175)

Hero's M: 39.00

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♦, K♦
4 folds, MP3 raises to t350, 3 folds, Hero calls t250

Two high sooted cards against a late raiser... a rather debatable situation, but there is a lot of play left if an interesting flop hits.

Flop: (t750) 3♦, J♥, 5♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, MP3 bets t2825 (All-In), Hero ???

Interesting flop does hit. I check planning a checkraise, but the villain goes all in on a massive overbet! What do I do?

call me tight but I'm folding this. you have a very big stack if you fold and there's always the posibility to be drawing thin against Adxd or slightly behind against QJ KJ.

against lose open raiser i will reraise with KQs.
against tight villians i will call and see a flop. so calling preflop is passive but a somehow defensive strategy.

on the flop i would also plan to check raise him, but against this all in....

its somehow strange play but i think i will fold here.
your stack is good and you dont have to risk half your stack here only on a strong draw.
although you are ahead against every pair below queens i would also use the tight line and fold.
