Or another question. Is it possible to play on PokerStars On a MacBook and then save the hands and transfer them to another windows Computer to read them into hand2note to analyse the sessions afterwards?

In PokerStars app go to "Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History". There you can specify a location where hand histories are saved.
You can pick them up there and copy them to your windows machine. The easiest way is probably to choose a dropbox folder or some other cloud storage synched folder in the settings.
Since I am not familiar with Hand2Note, I don't know how to import the hands, but I am sure the it is not difficult.
