HM2 not importing hands. PLEASE HELP

This might be a stupid answer but it might help you.

Are you sure Stars is saving the hand history?
If yes: have you tried to auto detect by HEM2?
If yes: have you tried import from folder and then select the folder where stars saves the had history?

yes pokerstars is saving the history... the sample i posted is from one of the saved logs.

by default its all there. Appdata/local/pokerstars/handhistory.

when i tried to import files manually nothing. just look at the screenshot. 40 files imported but 0 hands. i really dont know whats wrong here. it worked on partypoker. it should work here as well. i really dont know what the problem is.

On the first view the hand looks good for me.
Please copy a handhistory file from the stars handhistory folder to a different folder and import it again via import file.

Does this work?

Are the handhistories automatically moved to the archive folder (default c:\hmarchive) when you are playing or after a restart of HM2?

Maybe a stupid question but are you playing real money?

yes, i tried moving it to different folder and importing afterwards but the result was the same.

Create a new database and try again. If it still not works Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

its finally working. i contacted HM2 support. it was something wrong with the installation file.

Pitty we couldn't help you, but tbh an installation file... Only HM can fix that

Can you please provide details on the fix? I have the same issue and reinstalled HM2 with the latest version but no help

Yep, it's Stars. I can import the hand histories in HM1 and PT4 but not in HM2. It parses the file but shows 0 imported hands. I also tried to import the DB from HM1 to HM2, same problem.

Which HM2 version?

And it may be worth to create a new empty database and try with this too.
