I've been playing live poker for three years. Just played online poker last year.

which is profitable to you online or live? back then i was playing live only shortstack 500-1k php 10/20 level.

Back in 2009 Live Poker was really profitable. I use to play Php 50-100 and 100-200 blinds at Hyatt Casino sa 2nd Floor. I only play 1 - 3 hours and would usually win 5k minimum everyday. Madaming Korean na fish fillet. Yung tipong nagbabakasyon lang sa Pinas at nagtatalo sa baccarat kaya umupo sa poker tables. Just imagine mahilig silang mag blind all-in sa mesa. Hayyyy!!! Those were the days. After that I played at Ambassador Hotel (sarado na), Malate Poker, Pan Pacific, etc. Usually sa Manila Area. I do play sometimes sa Metro in Ortigas.
After several months of playing, I became a House player for several months pero I quit. I stopped playing live kasi hindi na profitable. Puyat lang, dami pa nagyoyosi sa tables. Hirap pa madami ka na friends sa mesa na kapag nagbebetting kayo sumasama ang loob pag natatalo mo. Tsaka hirap na Live ngayon madami na sindikato.... Magkakasangga sa mesa.... Wala ka nang magawa but to stand up and just leave the table.
Bago lang ako sa online poker but I play heavily. I play more than 12 hours a day. I started sa party poker, transferred sa Betfair and nasa everest na ako ngayon. I just maximize using the deposit bonus. I usually play SNG MTT. I am above average in playing SNG kaya lang I still don't know how to use poker softwares. Kasi ako I usually play 4 to 6 tables at a time. Yung ibang mga foreigner 16 tables at a time (malamang they are using poker softwares).
Sa party Poker, I earned a few hundred dollars. Sa Betfair halos break even lang kasi yung winnings ko sa poker napatalo ko sa sports betting. I lost a few thousand dollars sa sports betting dun (yamadista kasi ako eh ang daming benta sa tennis), sayang... Ngayon sa everest na ako. I am aiming to get maximum points by december para maging diamond na ang status ko dito sa Poker Strategy. Plus I saw an opportunity dun, kapag madami ang points mo $200 dollars each ang refer a friend mo maximum (100 persons)
I'm happy kasi may ganitong community thread sa pokerstrategy para sa mga Pinoy. I learned a lot lalo na sa pag deposit at cashout ng pera sa poker rooms. Di kasi tinatanggap ang mga credit card at debit card na galing sa pinas sa mga poker room. I have to open a Neteller account.
Try mo din sumali sa xxx. Madami kang makukuhang info lalo na sa live poker.
I-add kita sa friends list ko. Actually I'm trying to add all the pinoy poker strategist sa friends list ko, para we could share info and maybe do business transactions in the future.

ps 12 hrs/day? grabe ang tindi mo mag grind! yan ang dedication. malayo aabutin mo neljun. malay mo, umabot ka pa ng black member in a year or 2. nag-aaral ka din ng strategies? anong stakes nilalaro mo? check mo blog ni Tim64 saka lessthanthree. sila mga SNG pros na alam ko. yes this is a very friendly community. tulungan tayo dito.
