Hello everyone.
I'm CheapChips from Costa Rica. I'm an amateur poker player and started "playing" it several years ago.
A little bit about me...
40 years old, single, no kids, no debts.
This year, in February I was fired from my job after almost 6 years there. Then, in June, I got a new job in another company but I was fired a month ago. Why? For both cases, I do not know. They did not tell me. I do know that it was not for being incompetent or lazy. The corporate world sucks.
So I found myself drowning in bitterness because of this but a few weeks ago, I took poker seriously and it has helped me not to think about my layoffs.
Right now, what I want is to get better at poker. I'm currently playing $0.01/ $0.02 blinds.
So if you have any advice or if you can indicate me what posts in this forum are a must read, it will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
