from co;

vpip - 21.4
pfr - 19.9
3bet% - 2.6 (it's 3.2 on bu, 6.0 in sb, 7.1bb, 3.8 middle). So a little low on the 3bet there?

Does that mean I should be making a few more isolation raises? Just seems that at this limit whenever i 3bet i get 4bet, or whenever I 4bet I get shoved on, so it kind of puts me off it and I try and play a bit tighter.

Just noticed the CO i was looking at was for this month, which I am down. Overall I'm positive on CO.

Seen this month I've had hands like 2 pair on flop all in, person rivered flush. So just some normal hands that I wouldn't be folding in that situation anyway, I don't think!

However still quite a low 3bet% isn't it?

And suurebud, here are some:

VP$IP - voluntarily put $ in pot. Basically means apart from BB, how many hands you're playing. So if you VPIP was 25 over 100 hands, you've played 25 hands. Or over 20 hands, you've played 5 of them.

PFR - Preflop raise. Just shows if you're raising PF, or calling into pots. So someone with 70vpip/10pfr plays a lot of pots, but calls them. whereas 19/17, a tight player who only really raises into pots.

ITM - In the money, used for SNG's.

ROI - Return on investment. Dunno how to explain this one cos I don't play sng's really. But check here http://www.pokerstrategy.com/glossary/ROI_782/

$EV - Expected value, easiest if you check this link again http://www.pokerstrategy.com/glossary/ $EV_2044/

Hope that helps
