Hi.

I've been playing online poker since 2011. I initially took a liking to heads-up fixed limit hold'em and, after learning the basic rules without additional terminology (I didn't know what draws, gutshots, or top pair meant), I thought that if I could create a tool that calculates equity against ranges, I could win. I cheerfully wrote my own HU FL poker AI in Java within a couple of months. That version couldn't read cards from the screen yet, and I had to manually input the game situation. The version turned out to be amateurish because I thought bluffs could be neglected. My AI played in such a way that if I checked, there was a high probability I would fold to a raise.

The second version was for NL and bluffed according to smart GTO calculations.

Now I'm a medium regular in $10-20 SnGs. I mostly play Double or Nothing without AI. I'm looking for like-minded people for joint learning and playing. The $10-20 stakes suit me better than $5.

I write my own push/fold calculator similar to HoldemResources' Nash Calculator but with specific features that make it more suitable for real-world play.

My Double or Nothing push/fold calculator is progressing: getting rid of bugs and gaining features. I can share it for free for testing and comments.
