The only rank you have for life is BlackMember Status The rest are calculated from the last 4 weeks of play.
Don't worry though, as long as you apply the learned poker knowledge and move up in limits there is no 'Stress' in maintaining ranks or the like. The rank is simply the by-product of your play. As you move up the amount of strategy points you accumulate also increases - and the ranks are therefore easy to hold. On the lower limits for example the information contained in platinum rank articles is not really important for you yet.
Regardlessly I would definitaly look into the gold video and articles sections and perhaps visit a few coachings. You still have a few weeks of Gold status without needing to play
