I am seeing a consistance lose in my calling 3bets in 6max
I raise a lot from the button and i fold the right hands and find myself calling 3bets with hands like AQ for example but i also find myself folding postflop a lot quickly when i dont hit. I am really finding that i need to hit to continue playing any ruther streets. Anyone got any articles or video that can point me to any good advice on calling 3bets i really see this as a weak part of my game at the moment.

Doug Polk has some good advice on how to do it
Call a three bet? A person can raise with any two cards but it takes a stronger hand to call any bet than to raise a bet. The only reason to call with a weak hand would be to know the other player is always raising with strong or premium hands so, if they only shove or make the fifth bet over your four bet then a need for suited connectors, or having a better hand by flatting here as well, by flatting a three bet as an option, then to see a flop to dump when not hitting a combination draw or straight draw not a pair of one your hole cards.
Otherwise, put in the extra bet a fourth bet over a three bet to see how your opponent likes their hand if they are not predictable in what expectations of this move would be from their perspective not your perspective. Then when blinking to this move by them flatting your bet then it gives your hand unlimited possibilities to play it just like having AA, the card dependent, reactive opponents will have to give your play more credit than it deserves, it is up to the person then to know how to play any two cards if they were holding AA.
Because of putting my game into this situation many times over it becomes a nothing to compete in the moment. All of the pressure, decisions, anxiety of the moment, a psychological conflict, it will then put your opponents game in a situation of having to be right every time by making the extra bet because there is no shame in folding when they come back pre-flop to define their moment leading to the flop. Find out the information when the bets are small to make your opponent define their situation leaving your game the hammer as many time as possible.This is just one example to use in an abstract thought because of poker being abstract especially in a potential leveling moment.
