I use to review my sessions. First I start with the spots where I was not so sure, what to do. I replay them in PT4 and calculate ICM. Then I use to pracice with ICM trainer and write down the hand ranges I can play with in a certain situation in a certain position. I make pretty charts, coloring the ranges, drawing the situations on paper, coloring the mistakes, coloring the right play or I write down the hands I misplayed and write down the correct play below. I use to watch videos and streams and listen to audio books while running.

Ok thanks all for the suggestions. I'm gonna start watching those twitch streams for sure. I will also get over myself and just review my sessions..

It tells a lot about your learning type. You are not the listener but the reader or the viewer
Some people can memorize well when they hear something (me) other when they read and some have to see it (me).
Just some quick approaches I would advise for studying:
- Study partner (better then you)
- Coach (that can teach you concepts, explain tendencies, teach you to analyze own game)
- PIOSolver, CREV or any software that can help you with both pre and post flop optimal plays
- HH reviews and tons of them. Focus on your C game, things where you are burning money.
- Pre flop range memorization. Learn combos and how your range looks vs opponents.
- Texture studying. Without solid pre flop knowledge you will get lost here. But once you have solid pre flop you can start to understand why you should bet or check certain hand IP, and why oop you play donk, x/c , x/f etc.
Besides these things, you can watch videos but videos won't do you any good if you don't take notes and apply those things in games to become part of your arsenal of weapons. Just because you watch a movie John Wick2, that doesn't make your professional hit man. Same with poker...
Be careful with hand evaluation forums also. You want to get advice from players that are winning on limits you want to win on not some random person who has no idea what they are talking about. That's why its always better to work individually with a coach (1 on 1) or find study partner who beats limits that you want to beat and learn with and from him/her.
There is other approaches but those I find work the best and will get you fastest results to improve and become better poker player.
Analyzing and Memorization is good ideas ! Of course texture studying is important also.

Just write down a list of topics to study and study it till you know it by heart which it hopefully makes us not to make the same mistake again.
This is more a general approach to study, but I think having the right mindset before studying or grinding is extremely important.
Myself I think I can improve a lot by studying my pushing range and doing some Ev calc myself.
Having a HUD would be the fastest way to learn how to play better, you can review your hands after every session to see the hand where you lost and won. Its also easier to spot your mistakes and leaks.
If you can handle repetitive training, ace poker drills pretty much help alot. it teach your what to do when you get in a bad spot.
