You misunderstood. Im speaking on Hero's perspective. I.e. we shove, and have 20% vs his calling range. FE needed to make it a b/e shove?
When you push and get called, the pot will be 300. With 20% equity, you get back 0.2*300 = 60 chips from the pot. Thus you effectively lose 40 chips when called. This means you're risking 40 chips on the bluff and win 100 chips when you succeed, so the bluff has to work 40/140 ~= 29% of the time to break even.
