Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and poker too really so I've come to the forum that says learn to win 
I have been playing micro-stakes with a 50 dollar deposit getting mad and playing worse than I thought I ever could with I imagine so many problems with my micro play I would love if anyone could help me out here just to get in the right mindset or give me some tips for micro that would be so appreciated.

Man, what i can recommend you for to value bet alot and avoid bluffing.

I don't see why we should avoir bluffing at NL2. It can mean anything and its contrary.
Anyway as Lemon showed in his great coaching serie about population analysis with hand2note, NL2 is the stake where people overfold the most on the river. So here is already a big counter-example to the "micros aren't bluffable" cliche.

I don't know how experienced you are with poker but if you are just starting out you must realize that poker is not gambling. You can play it the fun way and gamble but if you want to be profitable on the long run, there are many strategies you must handle. Sometimes poker can be difficult and frustrating, but you must keep a strong mindset. Getting angry at the tables and making bad decisions will get costly.
If you are just starting out you could check some of my videos or videos by LemOn36.
Unfortunately many of those videos are for silver members, so you can't watch those yet. You can get a higher status by using one of our free poker money or bonus offers. Then you can get strategy points by playing poker on our partner rooms and earn a higher status that way. You can also participate in the hand discussions and earn 5 SP every day you make at least one post/reply to that board.

Dont play like a nit if you like big win-rates. Always use your brain and adjust your ranges. 3bet IP a lot vs. weak players. But dont spew randomly.
As already pointed out previously, just choose your spots carefully and don't be afraid to bluff if it makes sense in that particular spot.
