Can someone point me in the right direction of an article/video/book that will help me fully understand ranges and give me an insight on how to start constructing villain ranges.

Most videos and articles from pokerstrategy regarding ranges are silver + status.
I've found some videos by mbml, but haven't watched them yet, they're from basic status.
