It looks like the German site had the information I wanted:

"Um den Bonus zu erhalten, m�sst ihr 2.200 Mansion Poker Points erspielen. Die Auszahlung kann bis zu drei Tage dauern. Es gibt keine zeitliche Begrenzung um diesen Bonus zu erspielen."

So if I guess right, you need 2200 MPP's, and after that it might take three days to get the bonus and there is no time limit to clear it.
