Hi guys, i've tried to download mansion poker.
As I enter the site and start the download, it stops once it reachs 99% and NOD32 tells me the following :
Threat spotted :
A variant of Win32 PTCcasino application
File : http//.banner.mansionpoker.com/cgi/bin/setuppoker.exe
Not so great at computers so I don't know how to fix this..
What do you think it is.. btw same thing happend for me at Titan Poker
NOD (and some others anti-virus programs) recognize poker/casino software as "virus/trojan". Just disable NOD for this download and turn it back on when finished.
Well I tried that, and when I try download it again while NOD is completly closed, it stops at 99% again and windows gives a warning :
"Internet explorer cannot download SetupPoker.exe from banner .mansionpoker.com. That connection with the server was terminated abnormally".
Any ideas?

My Virus-scanner also has a problem with Ipoker software. Make sure its totally disabled, and perhaps try downloading it with FireFox instead of IE. For me disabling the virus scanner for the time of the download was sufficient.

I had a similar problem with everest poker and mcafee, it wouldn't let me download it so I disabled mcafee to download, as soon as I run everset mcafee removed it. I found with mcafee if you download and install the application with mcafee turned off it works, then don't run the application till you have done a full system virus scan, you need to enable your antivirus to do this. This will pick up the poker application and should give you a choice to remove or trust. If you trust the application you won't have any more issues running the two programs together.
The only program i use for being sure my computer is safe is this kaspersky It blocks all suspicious files and it delets all viruses. I guess you can escape from this by using it
