Hi, I was just given a promo thing to sign up for PKR. After downloading and installing the program all I get is a big black square that doesn't do anything. Totally unable to register or anything.....
Using Win 10 if that makes a difference.

Unustalled the program, reinstalled the program... Same condition. Blank log-in screen.

little bit confused if you are at PKR or Netbet, if you are at Netbet issues with Windows 10 have been discussed in this thread https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?postid=2075033#post2075033 . so you can try this and i hope it helps

I got mailed the PKR offer as well and also get a blank screen when trying to go for that offer, think it has to do with Windows 10, just gave up on it for now.
