Welcome to the forums. 
I take it you mean Poker770. If so, you'll need to send an email to support@netbet.com or contact them through live chat at their website at https://poker.netbet.com/en/ . I lost my PSR number when they migrated to Netbet and a simple email had it fixed within a couple of hours.
Please ensure you send your email from the account you used to register at Poker770. This will make it a lot easier.
