I got an email from NetBet saying:
Please be aware that the Irish Government has introduced legislation that stops us from offering our services to you.
This is TEMPORARY and we will be back as soon as possible.
Does anyone know what legislation has changed, and how long NetBet will be offline? Also are some other countries effected as well?

As from today operators need to have a license to offer gambling services to Irland, and pay taxes in Irland.
Apparently Netbet havent got that license yet so thats why they closeing for some time,, how long they will remain closed i cant answer right now.
Alot of countrys in Europe is doing some legislation process lately or will do in near future so yes players from other countrys have been or is effected from changes in their countrys news laws.

apparently 'short time' for netbet mean something else, because for me it is defiantly less then month
