NetBet Poker - First Deposit Bonus

Hello I just want to make it sure If i got it right about free money and how to withdraw it:

1. I have to generate 20$ of rake right ? (how much PTS is this ?)
2. Then I have to deposit at least 20eur and with a code "free20" I also get 22,5$ bonus cash immediately, 12,5 after 7 days.
3. When I made a deposit, can I withdraw my earned+deposited money without playing ? I know that bonus cash must be released with generating rake, but my free money (with generated 20$ rake ) and recently deposited money should be withdrawable right away ?

And also, after few days of playing I still didnt get any poker strategy points, same for Pokerstars (have been playing at PS only 2 days). When should I open a ticket ? Because I get it that there is a delay, but where is a point when I know that something isn't right ♦ ?

Well I have played many many hands, I just hope that I wont be loosing money because of technical issues between ipoker and PS.

if you had a first deposit bonus at Poker 770 you are not eliglible for this bonus at netbetpoker since its same company with a new name, sorry
