Can i add founds on paypal via the neteller card? Did anybody tried that?
I lost my wallet and all i have left is the neteller card. I have to buy a subscrtion and my only option that i can see is to add founds to neteller via paysafecard and after to add them to paypal.

Can't you use your bank to upload the money to PayPal?
