I'm not sure how to adjust to very aggressive flop/turn play from opponent. How should I adapt with my marginal holdings? Should I Cbet less, and cbet-3bet more? as well if you can advice me, of how can exploit this opponent, would be grateful.

Yeah, seems annoying - his agression, exspecially OTR is insanely high.
I would tighten up my range a bit when Im OTB and he is in the BB.
You can increase your 3b-range vs. his BTN-steals cause there he folds too much vs. 3bets...
He cbets way too much and has her a leak:
Now it would be important to know
-what is his cbet/F-stat
- what is his C/F-stat after skipped flopcbet
- what is his C/F to turnfloat-stat
- what is his fold to turnbet after skipped flopcbet-stat?
With those answers you could already figure out sometin in this direction...
Other than this I cann see atm much more...
Do not cbet vs. him a wide range cause he does not fold to barells a ton - rather C/F or checkback a lot and cbet only a strongrange (value + hands w EQ or backdoorEQ including barellpotantial)

If so,
although the spoiler does not work atm for me, I think his cbets-stats have been pretty high?
Then you can assume that his cbetting at least OOP pretty depolarized.
so you do not have toplay back a lot vs. his OOP-cbets, but you could valueraise litte thinner and depoalrized OTF...
also when he skips his cbets, he is very airheavy
-> stab your entire airrange like half PS
-> you can checkback some less vulnerable top-valuehands.... this is of course mega-imbalanced, but as long as you still bet your most valuehands, you should be all right...
