bad habbit : Limping

Hello,

I know the general rule is not to limp in any scenario, but I find this a leak which is hard for me to get out of my game. My plan for 2016 was to not limp anymore but I already did it again

I find them hard to raise when I'm in the SB because OOP en multiple limpers before me and I get good odds to see a flop

here are the 3 hands out of 1700 : can we limp here or should we raise or fold

I think 1 & 2 are okayu but the 3rd I should have raised to 5BB
