Hi makezi,

I assume you mean a situation where everyone folds, SB completes and you iso-raise?

In that case I think your raising range could look something like this:

So you can raise him with a wide range. A good raise size is 4bb.
If he 3bets, just fold.. That means villain is very often trapping you with a very strong hand.
If he just calls, cbet the flop 100%. I have found that to be working very well. When villain limp calls pre, he usually misses the flop quite often and is playing fit or fold. But if your flop cbet gets called you should give up without a decent hand.

It depends on the timing. If a guy limps for the first time hes most likely with weakish range and I will raise like 70% of the hands (alot looser than the range given).
But if we have done this once or twice, we can tighten that range and start checking behind the weakish T7s, Q2s - kind of hands
We want to pound on our oponents smartly :f_drink:

you can use 2 types of strategies, depending on how often the opponent is folding

1. Polarized: You raise the top 20-25% of hands and the bottom 10-13% of hands (stuff like 32o) while checking everything in the middle. Use a larger raise size (4BB)

2. Linear: Raise the top 30-40% of hands with a 3BB raise size, while checking the bottom range of hands.

The more your opponent is folding, the more you want to be using the polarized strategy.
