Be careful about that. You're right it is a leak, but if you don't know how to defend properly than folding too much has higher ev.

folding is -3bb, but if you start calling say suited connectors oop because you know you should be defending more and x/f a ton of flops and turns all of a sudden you're losing >3bb.

If you are playing 200nl+ perhaps your Ft3bet should be 65% or lower, but that would probably be a leak at 10nl. Ft3bet of around 80% is typically fine at these stakes.
