Problem encountered while studying, help?

It is quite difficult to give you a short answer for this question because there are a lot of different things you should consider. The value to bluff ratios you want to use depend on the sizings you will use and whether you plan to barrel all 3 streets or just 2 for example. With correct ratios you could achieve balanced strategy, but then there is the question whether you really want to play like that.

Anyway, as a rough guide I think your value to bluff ratio should be approximately as follows:
OTF 1:2
OTT 1:1
OTR 2:1

la55i gave the value to bluff ratio that should go with barrels of about 2/3 pot. Of course if you bet small or overbet it's totally different etc.
Anyway the exact ratio isn't that important. What matters is that you think you can value and/or bluff. Then you do it with all the combos that can according to you, whatever the ratio it would end up making. You are not playing against theoretical experts. At least I'm hoping for you

On your spot I think we can bluff a lot on the river as villain should be quite capped on this runout. His best hand should be KJ (should have raised anything better on the flop or on the turn) and that doesn't amount to much combos so we can probably overbet this river and expect to earn many folds.
