EDIT: Anyway which is better:
3bet total vs. 3bet preflop (I use this currently)
AF vs. AFq (I use this currently)

3 bet pre is better in the HUD. You can check raise CB in the pop up

If you can fit both the Agg numbers in then do that as they read better together.

I havent used a HUD in a while as been swimming with the fishes on Cake but like I say download someone elses and use your time to win some money
